Newberrytown, PA
(November 8, 2008) – The final event of the 2008
season at the Susquehanna Speedway Park was held
on Saturday afternoon, November 8, with Don
Murphy of Pottsville claiming the 125-lap Big
Car Enduro at the 5th Annual Turkey 200. This
was Murphy’s first win at SSP since 1993 when he
last competed regularly. Buddie Jeffers of East
Berlin won the 75-lap Small Car Enduro. Brian
Diehl of Sykesville, MD was victorious in the
20-lap Classic Car main event and the Etter’s
Kenny Latz picked up the Mini Van feature.
The Susquehanna Speedway Park is located off
I-83 to exit 32, then 1.4 miles NW on SR382 to
York Road, then 1.3 miles south. For more
